Little Sodus Bay: September 15th, 2013

Little Sodus Bay

Fair Haven, NY

Sunday 15 September 2013

As our tournament season begins to wind down due to the fall weather, we fished Little Sodus Bay.  Located off the shores of Lake Ontario this small bay at times can produce some excellent fishing.

With a recent cold front coming through the day before, a starting temperature of 49 deg. F. and a wind coming out of the South West at 10 mph; fishing was going to be tough for some anglers.

We fished for 7 hrs. returning to the docks at 2 PM.  The air temp. had risen to a balmy 68 deg. F., but at least the sun had come out.
