What a great day on the water. Wind was light from the NW all morning, with just a little rain real early and then partly cloudy the rest of the day, and the fish were cooperating.

One of our new members, Greg Breen gets ready to blast off.

Everyone ran to there favorite fishing hole and most stayed on that spot all day.

Tom Hudson and Aaron Sheldon on a pile of fish

Larry LaClair and  Craig Raponi, both busy unhooking fish.

Everyone was catching fish except yours truly. Even my co-angler, Eric Wilsey limited out, and I only got one. Someone has put a jinx on me.

At 12:00 noon the weigh-in started

Ryan Smith with three of his limit catch

Jason Waloven with a couple of his fish.

Chris French with big bass for the day,

                     a 4.05 pounder

Don Crofoot takes Fifth Place 11.19 #

         Larry LaClair take 4th place 13.44 #

Jason Waloven takes 3rd Place 13.70#

Greg Breen comes in 2nd place 14.01#

And Ryan Smith is the winner with 16.64 Pounds of Bass.

And now how Ryan did it.

Ryan started out working a white chug bug over a weed bed.

He then switched to a dark worm rigged "whacky " style, and the last two hours pitched the jig and creature seen in the center of the picture. All his fish were caught in the weeds over 5 - 9 foot of water.  Good job Ryan.
