The last points tournament of the season took place at Port Bay, an bay on the south side of Lake Ontario. This was a team event where the top boater and the co-angler lowest in points were teamed up. The 2nd place boater with the co-angler the 2nd lowest points, and so on until all participating anglers were teamed up. The day started off overcast with a south wind making Lake Ontario a player for this event. The top 3 teams fished the big water for smallmouth. Don Bell and Jon Lakota brought 20.37 pounds to the scales for the victory!! Jon Lakota boated the teams and tournaments lunker with a 5.01 smallmouth!!
