On August 6th and 7th the #Goodoleboysbassclub held their two day Club Classic scheduled to be held on Henderson Harbor/Lake Ontario out of Westcott Beach. This tournament was sponsored by Bill Saiff Outdoors and the The Westview Lodge. Bill Saiff Outdoors graciously donated to the tournament purse, gave a discounts on lodging!! Thank You Bill Saiff Outdoors!!!
Day one started off with calm winds which later picked up out of the southwest. The big waters were very fishable to the anglers. At the end of day one Don Bell took the Boater lead with 20.79 pounds and big bass for day one – 4.87. Jon Metot had the big bag for co-anglers with 15.32. The decision was made to move day to off Henderson, which was predicted to have high southwest winds and a small craft warning for Sunday. Day two was moved to Oneida Lake. The big bag for day two was brought in by Jake Wilson – 17.29. Bring in 15.44 pounds on day two and adding to his day one total of 12.33 was Mike Dixon. 27.77 pounds for his two day total made Mike Dixon the 2022 Goodoleboysbassclub Classic Champion. Jon Metot landed 4.72 pounds on day two to give him the Co-Angler win!!
