On September 17th the Goodoleboysbassclub held a tournament at Port Bay, Wolcott NY. The anglers had the opportunity to fish the bay or head out to Lake Ontario. The big lake was a bit rough at take off, but a few boats went out after the big smallmouth that live there. Taking top honors in the boater division was Don Bell with a 5 smallmouth limit that hit the scales at 22.52 pounds. His bag was anchored by the Big Bass of the tournament, 5.64 pounds. Bell’s co-angler took the win in the Co-angler division. Jon Metot sealed the Co-Angler AOY with his 5th win of the season!! Metot’s 5 smallmouth limit tipped the scales at 21.19 pounds, and a 5.47 kicker!! 2nd place boater with a total of 17.31 pounds went to Jake Wilson. Kevin Schneider took 3rd place with 10.52. 4th place boater, Mike Dixon – 7.54 pounds. The Good Guys Barber Shop Just Out Of The Money went to Dick Hyde Jr.
