Our second points tournament of the season was held on Otisco Lake.  We started the day with light winds and high skies.  The sun stayed out and the winds picked up.  Reports from those who got out and prefished said Otisco was fishing tough.  Our results reflect those reports.  Only 4 of our 16 anglers were able to bring a 5 fish limit to the scales.
