This weeks tournament took place on Oneida Lake.  We launched out of Godfrey Point with clear skies, an slight North wind.  Air temps were in the mid 40’s at blast off.  With 22 miles of water to fish and little chop, the whole lake was in play.

We were greeted with fall temperatures on this end of August morning.  It did not take long for the air temp to rise to a comfortable 75 degrees.  Water temps were holding right around 72.  The water in the pond seemed very stained this year and the bass looked very healthy.

Our fourth points tournament was a team event on Cayuga Lake. This event paired the top boater with the non-boater lowest in points, the second highest boater with the second lowest non-boater, and so on.  7 of the 9 teams were able to come to the scales with a 5 fish limit.
